Ok, i replaced the timing belt with a 3rd gen timing belt. Same thing.......
We change the distributor with my 2nd gen distributor..... same thing
We check fuel pressure... seemed low... took out the filter, seemed dirty, check the fuel pump, put everthing back together.... same thing.......
What else could this be?

The fuel pump circuit is one of the things that needs to be wired up in order for the 3rd gen engine to work in our cars. Check and redo the wiring, and I would also remove the fuel pump out of the tank to make sure that was installed correctly or there is not a cracked fuel pump hose or something funny going on.

We did, and indeed the wiring was not right....... we inspercted the filters and clean them.....
but its still the same......
We are redoing the harnest tomorrow..... but first we would like to check the vacuum lines....... but cant find a vacuum diagram for the 3rd gen..... any ideas where i can find one?

you should ask JIM for any parts you need. That's where the motor set originally came from.

I wonder why he would ignore your pm.. not to bring up any old speculation about the engine. That was in 09.. so ill leave it there. Any new updates?

Just to clear this up, I receive anywhere from 15-30 pm's a day. If you feel as tho you were ignored, shot me another pm. I dont ignore pm's/phone calls/or emails. If I havent sent you a responce, it is because I have missed it amongst all the others.

As for this situation, he shot me another PM and I gave him pricing on parts he requested and a list of things to check out on his car.
