Loose Rotor Drivers Side, My front driver side rotor wobbles with just my hand Options

Hello, recently went to replace my tie rod ends...removed the wheels and found that they had no play in them at all but my driver side rotor wobbles..about 1cm of give each way...is this a wheel bearing problem? If so how difficult to replace? I have most of the tools needed and like to do my own repairs... thanks in advance for any help.

Is it just the motor that moves? Cause the same thing happens on my car and it doesn't seem to be a problem, they will tighten once you put the wheels back on.

Yeah its only the rotor that moves... no play on the tie rod ends though i've already bought em so might as well replace them...i just know about 65-70 my steering starts vibrating, i had new tires and balanced about 3 weeks ago.. havent had alignment yet so maybe thats part of my vibration problem...not sure

Do you notice a slight wobble when making left turns during driving. Wheel wobble usually means wheel bearings are bad. "Press in" is the method with our cars.

Actually I do notice a bit of a wobble n left turns..and hitting some bumps that wheel vibrates a bit more than it should..

my steering starts to vibrate as well when i drive, its not bad at low speeds, but when i get to 40mph its semi noticeable, but around 70mph it really shakes. I do think my camber is off though because my front passenger tire wears heavily on the inside, the driver's side isn't as bad though. i need to get new coilovers though

Are we talking the rotor wobbling with the wheel on or off the car?

If the wheel is off then the rotor is free to move around, the only thing holding the rotor in place is the wheel being installed properly.

thats normal then. The rim is what presses the rotor against the hub. Otherwise the only thing keeping it in place is the caliper, which allows for some movement. If you're having driveability problems i would look elsewhere
