I'm an integra guy (well used to be lol) and for us we HAVE to get diffirent headlights to have HID's but i read the tut on HID's and it has one showing somebody putting them into a stock headlight is that safe? or is there something im missing?

Ive had HIDs for over a year, no problems there retarded bright. It would be better if you got some projectors, but there not cheap lol. But my HIDs are fine no problems what so ever.

Yea they work in the stock headlight.
Depending on how bright yo go, you may want to aim them down for oncomming traffic.
Or if you don't care about other drivers just leave them haha.
I have 8000k and i didn't re aim them and i don't have many problems with other drivers flashing their high beams, or flipping me off lol.

And also a thing to consider, I don't know if this is just a few states, or the whole nation, but it's actually illegal to have super bright bulbs like HIDs inside reflector housings. Why do you think all the new cars with super bright LEDs have projectors? But I'm pretty certain that unless your HIDs make the night look like day, cops won't bother you. I have HIDs in my old reflector housings and I've had no problems and I don't care. I'll eventually get projectors though. Not so it can be legal, but because they look GOOD lol.

And not cause im cheap but because im broke but projectors for our cars are so expensive (thanks to poor aftermarket support) so I'll risk the cops here although i do want 8k Highs and 8k lows biggrin.gif

I have 55 watt 8000K for Lows, and i have 35 watt 12000K Highs. Ive tirned my high beams on like one time.
