Listen man may be you can help with the ST202 S54 gbox will i need to use the st205 cables and shafts???? or are they the same? there are alot of people telling me diff stories which is it if you know? You know any good clutchs for the S54 just in case? rated 500+bhp QUOTE(xs94st @ Jan 5, 2008 - 2:19 PM) jesus. i would sell my soul to the devil to do what you are doing. nice job alan, keep up the good work ill keep everyone updated on the project dont worry for the s54 you would use the st-202 cables and shafts, for the 202 tranny, the cables should be the same as the 204, but the shafts on the 202 IIRC are thicker. as for clutchs, im in the same boat as you, albiet a bit lower power range..lol once you get over 320hp at the flywheel, your options get pretty limited to a unsprung race disk, pretty much. however, i have been pondering the possibility of useing a fidanza 3sgte pressure plate, which has slotted bolt holes (so that it can fit 5s cranks in stroker applications) with a 3s clutch disk, with s54 splines, which would open up the options as far as disk/pressure plate combo go -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

looks great alan! what are the specs on the precision turbo? i edited your post so that the pics show in it. To tell you the truth i forgot the specs its been at me for quite some time but its is almost like the GT35R but it is billet so much more spool and it comes with a perforated inlet to reduce surging now i am saving for clutch and shafts and shifter cables they are really expensive!!! Yeah i rea;ized that thanks bro -------------------- |
