Hahaha oh that. Yea I have no idea what that is. tongue.gif And alright thats exciting. I gotta pay this kid off $200 for the rear struts/rest of audio components and then I'll start saving for it. If I keep getting scheduled at work like I am now though, I should have enough money to buy it in no time. If I did, would you be willing to give me a full walk through? Haha.

there's actually a full walk through on the site, but I'll be making one when I do my swap. I'm literally changing the interior wiring, engine harness and etc so that it's just like stock

Alright sounds good. I'll shoot you a pm as soon as I get enough cash saved up and if I can successfully learn to drive a stick. Hahaha.

I just woke up, so after my shower to wake my ass up, I'll go stick my head in there and tell yall what I can find out. I'll take some more pics and post em if yall want too.

Edit: My friend just had a look at it turns out its vacuum feed. Still not quite sure what it is though. He says hes seen huge ABS modules like that before but he personally thinks its the Cruise Control.

I gotta say, I have the 5s, and I know where the ABS (stock) is located, and I saw no lines or actuator for ABS. I see a big ol mystery black vac feed thingy in its place. BTW, a cruise on a 5s is in a different spot, its behind the radiator fans, next to the battery. And its got a wire that runs from the accelerator pedal to the actuator, I know 100% cause I pulled all my cruise control crap.

Haha, I honestly have no idea what it is. I'll take some closer pics of it and look for my ABS light in the morning. I'm pretty sure my car has it cause it has a section on it in the manual. But who knows.

Dont look for the light alone, also look for an ABS actuator...............Like from this thread or what this................

A pic with an arrow pointing to the ABS ? Wow, that exists?
Anyhow..........ABS is overated anyhow, (and no, I'm not trying to start one of those discussions), as far as Im concerned its another "I can do what I want, casue the tech in my car will save me" devices.

After talking to the previous owner just a minute ago, thats my dead Cruise Control module, my ABS module is located under my brake fluid. Well take pics possibly tmrw but I'm working a double so idk if I'll have time.

Edit: I actually like having ABS. I'm not a ricer nor do I aspire to be one so I don't care about my handicaps. I just want my car to look nice, drive nice, and have some good performance while still allowing ME to drive it. Cause let me tell you I'm horrible. I just got pulled over for forgetting to turn my lights on all the way. Lol. I've only had my license for 3 months (yet I'm 19, go figure) so I still can't drive worth a ****. Not calling you or anyone a ricer, just saying. I love your, scratch that our cars, their all gorgeous and have amazing features, details, and mods. smile.gif

ST and GT OEM installed cruise control accuators are located in different spots.
ST has it on the pass side, GT right next to the battery.

Travisxcore, again, your car does not have ABS.
What you have there is an aftermarket (or dealer) installed cruise control.
It doesn't matter what the manual says, I assure you, your car does not have it.

Yea when I talked to the guy last night he said that was the Cruise Control. The original one got trashed when he wrecked it. He says he believes the wire harness on this one is ****ed up but I haven't got a chance to look at it. About the abs your pbly right though, I still haven't checked where he said it was at, but I don't know jack about this car and he doesn't know to much either.

We really need a meet up. Good cheap parts (shipping sucks so bad) and knowledge are two hard things to come by. Plus my reverse gear pissed off earlier, its working again but that was quite a scare. I really need to swap it out, but I don't have the money for a rebuild or the money to get one installed if I bought that 5 speed.
