well new updates while i been waiting for my harness and my trany conversion parts. I went and re wired my oil press gauge and boost gauge.. and got my intercooler piping. just gotta re weld a new flange for the greddy rz bov. and my new sender and oil sandwhich came in. all i got left is a air filter. once harness comes in i will be getting that put back on with intake manifold. and have my fly wheel re surfaced and get my rear main real replaced then will get trany and new clutch put in and be ready to drop it in the car and start putting everything else back together.. hopefully get harness in next week or two. can't wait really getting excited and ready to have some 3s power.

Well it's been a while since i've posted up my progress.. Haven't been really working on it much lately since i haven't had my harness back yet.. But good news is the harness will be here friday. But what i have got done since is got my greddy flange welded on my piping and sent it in to get powder coated that polish look. Got my stock gt cables out today and getting ready to install the st205 cables and got the internal portion of shift link put on. Gonna drill and tap the two holes tonight and get other part on so i can touch up paint in again. Hopefully once the cables get in friday we will be getting intake manifold and throttle body back on and get my fly wheel resurfaced and get the trany and clutch put on and hopefully have it dropped in the car in the next couple weeks. Will have more progess and pics soon!

Well got engine dropped into car today.. Only problem is i have the pass side and the drivers side mount hooked up.. and the front stock 5s mount is to long to fit into rubber. and the back mount is off too so i still got some figuring out to do on those two mounts before i can finish hooking everything up.. and also with the e153 trany do i need spacers for my axles? Please let me know
any pics of the front and that back mount for the e153 swapped people? Let me know or post on here. thanks -------------------- |

you need the st205 rear mount and bracket, along with the driver's side mount and bracket, then everything just mounts up 100%.

I bought intercooler piping from jim. now i've been messing a bit with the pipe coming off turbo. and he gave me a 45 degree coupler for it and i don't see how it takes a left one eighty an don't see a way it's going to clear oil dip stick and my o2 sensor? any ideas.
