I found it really difficult to track down wheels for my gt4 (had factory tri-spokes on when i bought it) because those massive callipers are always in the way lol, even the wheels i got with slightly bulged spokes and an offset of 35 needed a 5mm spacer to get past them lol. I remember going into Mag and Turbo to have a look, and when i mentioned my car was a gt-four the selection of wheels they offered me dropped to only about 4 or 5 different ones, none of which i particularly liked, so I decided to buy in my Momos from overseas lol. I reckon the wheels on your 97 would look awesome on your red 94, always reckon bronze/gold wheels like mint on red cars. Oh and Quidam, as far as those damn aftershocks, things are pretty bad in the city a the moment, luckily I live about 20 mins north of Chch so the damage out here isn't nearly as bad. Driving through town in a low sports car with stiff suspension is awful now though, there are pretty much no smooth roads any more. And once they do spend the time to fix up a road, we get another large quake and its destroyed again, so they've sorta given up fixing a lot of areas for the time being. Heres a pic of one of the roads, took it last night when i was in town... photo doesnt really show it too well, but that bit of road has dropped about 1 metre Yep, exactly the same experience with me. Fortunately, when he held the Konig against one of the wheels I decided I liked it enough to pull the trigger. And yes, also required spacers. Thanks for posting that photo, that's just crazy. I think maybe you should trade in your GT4 for a hummer lol. Seriously though, it's probably going to take years to get all the roads back to normal, with endless road-works etc to put up with along the way. ps. I love your wheels so you were right to import! This is somewhat not as bad as Quebec's roads hahaha, we have this (or worst) everywhere in this place. lol if that's true then you need to fire your government -what are they spending your taxes on?!? Deff best colour for a GT4 imo Nice johny That lets me see exactly what my 4 will look like if I decide to add the WRC spolier Having said that, I think I'm only going to keep the red one for perhaps another 6 months. I'm thinking I might get a Supra as my daily driver |

Quidam, You haven't been driving around the Hutt in the new gt4 recently, have you? I swear I've seen that number plate on a gunmetal celica a few times in the past few months, but then again there a few of them around...
If you're thinking about selling the red one I may be interested in taking it off your hands, if the price is right that is -------------------- 1996 Toyota Curren

I'm muchly in envy of your lot, as you are driving two of my favorite cars. I've never driven an MSM, but I still prefer an NA, preferably a Silver Stone 1.6. Just not a fan of that NB styling.
