This may be a stupid question, but I've searched 6GC and Google without any luck.
I'm about to install my new BC Racing coilovers, and everything I read online talks about greasing them, but I can't find out where or how I'm supposed to apply the grease. I know it's something to do with the top mounts, but where exactly do I apply the grease? This should be a straight forward job for me since I just completed my Beams swap on my own, but this issue has me stumped! Thanks. I installed my BC coilovers a few months ago, but never greased anything ...... hopefully I didn't screw myself!

I installed my BC coilovers a few months ago, but never greased anything ...... hopefully I didn't screw myself! From what I've read, the only consequence is extra noise from the front end. Do yours make any noise? I don't think a lack of grease causes any damage, but I could be wrong! I've done a little more digging around and found on a Corsa forum they mentioned just greasing where the strut tops touch against the bodywork. -------------------- |

Why would you grease a non-moving mating surface?
You grease the bearing if the coilovers have a pillowball mount. -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money
