That sucks mak. Really sucks.

Installed an Infinity Reference subwoofer yesterday, thing is cherry! I'm waiting on the volume for a few days, just to let it break in slowly...however, I can already tell its clearer than what I had before, so I'm satisfied. Thanks to Samir for the wiring help...

Yesterday I changed the oil, removed the side skirts, and gutted the interior of the Celica. Today the lady and I departed for a road trip halfway across the country. Putting the BEAMS to the test smile.gif

Kurt- we're in the BEAMS. We're actually not too far from you right now.

finished up the PS pump change out. Messy messy messy job, but done and no more noise or leaks!

FYI, they don't sell copper crush washers anymore...had to use fiber oil plug type.

I do love tacos smile.gif But regrettably we're in Pennsylvania now. We were on the east side of Columbus earlier. We're on a pretty tight time schedule, no time for extra stops. One more week and we're coming back to Ohio though haha

Saturday

I decided to finally properly clean the car since I completed the swap ( dec 2011 )

still need to take the car to the body shop to get a scratch on the hood fixed, but otehr than that it looks perfect for a DD, I have the normal door dings here and there and minor scratches but I DD this car, so paint is as good as it can be lol.

Got a lot of stuff done. Installed a TRD short shifter in the Celica.. Gotta say, it is hands down one of my top 5 must-have mods for the 6gc. Shifting without it feels so wrong now.

Sanded down the entire driver side in prep for primer. 80 grit, 180 grit, 320 grit. And i fixed my driver fender since i never really got around to realigning it. Tomoro, the roof and passenger side. No idea on color choice quite yet haha.
