i got these vw gti wheels off my brothers vw and were beat up. got them fixed and painted and personally i like it. opinions from fellows 6gcers are very welcome . i have a few people who say it looks ugly and others say its great!

Haha thanks guys! I know the spokes are big. But its different. I like different. And my car used to be lower when i had coil overs on it when i got it but were like generic ones and really sucked. So Megan springs is what I bought. Id say its a perfect DD for the pa roads. Not too low not too high!

Yeah, sucks brig limited by road quality. Roads suck here too.

and i also live kinda out in the country so it makes it worse. and having a black car near a sprint car race track sucks too lol. every weekend im washing and waxing hahah

Of course black and gold looks good. One example comes clearly to mind, and any one else who grew up on 70's and 80's movies.

Looks good, but I consider that more of a dark gold than bronze.

looks pretty damn good. coming from 2nd gen mr2's i love the 5 spoke look. i may have to steal this idea from you...think i saw a set on CL for cheap...that is if i cant find a good deal on 7th gen rims. loving the car!

thanks man! and my wheels arent done yet. im doing the inside spokes matt black yet! and then shell be good to go!!
