Do they make a rear strut bar for coupes that fits underneath the back panel behind the seats? Not a hatchback where there is the open space back there, but a coupe where there is the dash panel made of particle board above the strut bolt ins. Let me know if you know of any

No they dont because a coupe doesnt need the upper support because your C pillars are there, the only thing you can do is place an I beam between the towers for additional support.
