1994-1995 Celica ST202 SS-II came with superstrut suspension and twin piston brakes. If you can find a celica like that they will fit. All hubs whether it be superstrut or mcpherson are the same. Since you have an e series transmission, the part of the axle that goes into the transmission is different from s54 transmissions.

Yea i have wrong axles for that gearbox, Starting to wish i went for the S54 06D, but im stuck with the e56 for now. I notice the MR2 comes with an E153 and im wondering if this has the same Gearbox input spline.

do a search on here. the v6 guys and 3sgte guys that put the e153 on their celica's have to do a hybrid combo with the axles. so no, its still custom work

i know for a fact that the 1988-1991 camry/es250 came with a v6 engine mated to an e52 manual transmission.

when i look on google for images for axles for the e52 transmission they look identical to the s54.

im just bring this topic alive again for members who have e56 transmission and are looking for replacement options.

what do you think

who are you going through for parts in NZ? try getting intouch with some UK members as the E56-07C seems to be more common over there

S54-06D or a trd lsd would have been the easier route
