The skirts are really common here. Shouldn't be too hard to find if you know your way around European (Dutch in this case) auction websites.
The lugnuts are Muteki Neo Chrome.  I have to admit though, it's a photoshop. It hasn't been lowered yet since I'm still waiting on my BC Racing coilovers. Crappy mobile phone pic taken outisde my house in the evening yesterday.
