Looking for the driver's seat belt from a convertible. Prefer black and in very nice condition, not worn or frayed. PM me with pictures and price. Thanks.
MUST BE FROM A 96-99 CONVERTIBLE Edit: I will also take a belt with worn, dirty or trashed webbing, if cheap. I found a place that can put new webbing on it. Must have good working retractor. This post has been edited by dgbldr: Jun 29, 2012 - 8:27 PM |

If your retractor is bad, they are under lifetime warranty as it's a law to wear your seat belt.

No, the retractor works fine. The webbing is worn and fraying a bit.
At this point I'm looking for a cheap belt in ANY shape as long as it's working. I'll just use it while I ship mine to have new webbing put on it. By the way, who told you belts have a lifetime warranty? I'd like to see where you got that info. I'm not following your logic. There's also a law to put children in child seats, but child seats don't come with a lifetime warranty. |

At least in NYS they have lifetime warranty. Every dealer I've worked for (Honda, Toyota, Subaru) has had this policy. I just got one of my rears fixed and my driver replaced for free at the dealer. I noticed the retractors were bad on the way home from buying it, I knew about the warranty so I just took it to Toyota and they took care of it .... after all the techs came up and gawked at my car because it was in such good shape and you literally NEVER see one around here
