Because I am converting to 5x114 bolt pattern, and I found a willwood setup someone already put together for a wilwood conversion. It just makes my life easier then trying to decide what disc solution I would use with a 5x114 setup and 205 calipers. Plus this wilwood setup saves me 12lbs of unsprung weight per front wheel.

Actually the 205 calipers are light for their size. They are 7oz lighter then the old 185 calipers. That is with larger pads as well. The pads are heavy. They did not seem heavier then my evo 8 calipers even though they are larger. The wilwood calipers are lighter then most on the market.

Well my order came in from 1st toyota. For what I paid for shipping, the packaging is pretty ****ty. I miss when I could get parts directly from TRD. They also did not send my wheel bearings, which I needed the most right now. I was hoping to drop off my spindles this week to get the new hubs pressed. Maybe it will still show, but who knows.

Anyhow, here is my nice new corner lights and the supra front emblem. I had to cut the top peg off, and cut 2/3's off the bottom peg. It fits well though. My old corners go into storage for those in case moments.

So classy, it looks barely aged.

Thanks. Small update. I was experimenting with my front lip and 205 skirts. The skirts are resting on a ps'd box, so they are not as fitted as they will be when done. The rear is the concept I will have to make. I was thinking of going black till I was sick of it, then I could paint it body color.
Due to the kid and work I have been pretty busy. Likely just doing the roll center adjuster and a/c this year.

Its been a long while since I updated. I recently started a youtube channel on the car's build. I am using it to learn more on video editing and production as well as track the car's progress. I get my audio better sorted by the 3rd episode. Planning on doing interviews with other gtfour owners as well as layout how I make some future mods and how they effect the car. Its weird being in front of a camera but hopefully the more I do these the better I get.
