texted andrew but got no reply. and just called him and it said his phone isn't accepting calls. must of disconnected his phone for the euro trip... i'll ask the other member? well he didnt' reply either mailbox is full i'll find out soon enough

well I texted urbandork and he has no idea whether the meet is still going on. Contacted two other local members via text and have got no reply yet. I guess its not going down.

I'm looking forward to it and I don't wanna drive from Redondo Beach to this place and find out it's not going on. ..and what sucks is that I can probably only go in the AM and leave before the food...but then again, I may drive up again after picking up my friend from LAX. Thanks! PS-I can bring an Invader Front Bumper with the bottom lip..if anyone wants to buy this off me for $100, that would be great. I haven't even put the thing on my car and I bought it from a guy in Ohio. It looks ok as far as I know...Lemme know so I don't have to bring it if no one is interested. |

Hi guys. Thanks for those who expressed interest in this meet. Unfortunately the date was just wrong and the event organizer was unable to pill it together in time. However, that isn't to say we can't postpone it to a later date. I, myself, was caught up in a horrible 3 month period of work where I had exactly two weekends off. Not to mention having sold both my Celicas has put me out of the loop.
But my schedule should be clearing up this month and I could try to make an attempt to redo this for August? For those of you who remember, we had a huge turn out a couple of years ago. BBQ, a model, some games, prizes, etc...it was fun. So make a post expressing your desire for a reboot in August. I apologize for not posting earlier. Yea Justin I fully disconnected my phone for my Europe trip so I'm sorry but i could not reply. I had completely forgotten about my trip and that really screwed things up, not the mention I have 3 huge overhaul projects going on, moving into an apartment, and looking for work but that is no excuse. I am currently posting this from the Spanish coast so don't say i didn't try! Again im sorry to everyone and hopefully some time next year my life will be stable enough so that I can actually devote the time necessary to get the meet going.

Yea sorry Justin I saw your text and forgot to reply because I was in the middle of something. I am now starting my school semester so I am out for organizing anything for the next few months. Sorry guys.
