Initially our cars really had only the Tein Basics Coilovers to choose from aside from lowering springs. Here is the updated list as follows.

Known ones:
TEIN SUPER STREET- GT and ST

fixed.. he no longer has a celi I think he did have a little thread left to go lower iirc..

ST204, ST202(excluding Superstrut models) and AT200 are all the same chassis, just different codes for different countries.

Zenky Racing Coilover for Superstrut Suspension. have to be welded into lower part of superstrut arm like the bc coilovers.

personally, for budget coilovers, Megan and BC Racing. < again thats for value coilovers

I'd take those two any day vs D2 and Ksport

So.... the bc coilovers have to be welded into lower part of superstrut arm? Do the Megans? I'm looking to get the Megans today. Don't want to buy ones that I have to weld in.

For the GT four, any of the coilovers, I believe have to be cut and welded, unless you're buying Coilovers for the Superstrut Suspension.
I believe Tien and TRD (Correct me if Im wrong) are the only companies that make Coilovers designed for superstrut, and are A) expensive as hell, and B) Very hard to find.

If you're planning to run the Coilovers on your Gt or ST (as listed in your profile) that is running regular Macpherson style struts, then you won't need to do any welding, simply bolt in.

thats what I keep saying Teins are crap, or at least as far deep as i know it, some people may like it cus its not that low but its crap for bad roads, bouncyyyy. springs or coilovers no good.

I'm planning on getting some coilovers in the near future. Would I have to do any modifications if I was to install these onto my 1997 Toyota Celica GT? I am running stock suspension besides the AG lowering springs.
