well i had them for over a year /// and they could be a little softer /// and the front bottoms out once and a while ..but if you whant your car to handle great //// get them /// no body roll at all //// it stick to the road like crazy

yea i was having some issues with my head raping so i decided to swap it out only took me 4 hour to do plus some cleaning time
just after head removal ( with new head gasket  toque time  finished + cleaned =  -------------------- cant stop wont stop

HEY NEED SOME HELP ............ i was planing on selling the car but i cant let it go //////// but im having some issues with my 5sfe .. so im done with it .... thinking of 3sgte . i can get swap for around $1500 / engine / harness /ecu/ do i need anything else and will the harness plug in to my body harness ??????
