What model Caddy is it? I used to have a '68 Calais. I wanted to fix it up but i ended up working with the Celica instead.

Drained fluids, pulled radiator, pulled axles, picked up new passenger cv axle, sold a TV, scored an engine stand for free. Picking up engine later today.....then monday it all comes out and gets replaced. Bought an engine hoist as well. Thanks to 2B for the hook up!

I'm jelly. I was going to start working on mine when I turned 16, but I had a 5.9 liter Dodge Ram and a month after I got it is when gas shot up to $5 a gallon. Sold the truck and got a red '96 Celica ST auto (MPG's FTW!) but I was already out of money. The Caddy had a 472 in it, 8 mpg downhill with a good wind at your back. It would have been an awesome cruiser but I just didn't find it practical to even attempt to fix.

Ha box I said that when I sold my 94 celi then said it when I sold my 97 celi again on my 2001 celi and on my 94 celi lol you'll miss it

Installed my new radiator last night, Im finally back on the road.
Vacuumed, armor-all'ed the inside, cleaned all my glass and rain-x'ed the outside glass. |

Did a 180° in reverse where you whip around and drive straight. It took a couple tries to get it right. Its like you have to double clutch the s54 from R to 1st or it doesnt work. It was super fun and on private property of course.

Replaced my leaking valve cover gasket and replaced the valve cover with a Burien Toyota replica cover. LOVING IT!

took my radiator out and tried to replace it, then realized that i got the st radiator, then got the right one, changed the thermostat as well.
