I've been looking around and OBX seems to be the best for it's cheap price. My cousin has an OBX muffler on his Civic and it sounds really nice. Not loud but a perfect deep sound. But obviously a Civic and Celica is two different cars. I was just wandering if you guys can post some pics and/or vids of your universal mufflers! smile.gif

You are better off with a good quality vibrant performance universal muffler.

Gunna get flamed for this but I have a "fart can" made by tuned performance (don't hate, it was dirt cheap) and it actually sounds decent.
Not super loud, but you can still tell theres an "exhaust" on it.

x3 on Vibrant Performance. Crappy picture but here's my Street Power flat black muffler. Looks like it belongs there, instead of anything gaudy.

We have 2.5" piping with it. It has a nice, deep sound to it, a lot better than I expected it to sound. Ill have to get a video later when I get a chance. You can see it isn't the biggest muffler in the world, and it's straight through. It's not the quietest muffler around but it definitely has good tone.

Go with a magnaflow, but remember if you are just going to weld it to the factory piping then the sound wont change a whole lot. I personally like a tilted can look but that's me.

Hmmmm.............now I'm thinking about just polishing the muffler tip. I actually like the look of my stock one. Does anyone know of anyone that has done this before?

The sound stays about the same throughout rpms, other than the obvious noise due to engine speed. It never sounds obnoxious in my experience, just a low hum.
