Off the top of my head, the trunk floor is different, fuel tank is under the trunk, AWD mounts, and some other small things but they're mostly the same.

Somebody who has done the swap would be the best to ask, but from what Ive read the sheetmetal is a thicker gauge on the ST-205 and thus the body is stronger, more rigid and heavier. The driveshaft tunnel in the center of the floorboards is obviously different, though it may be simply the inclusion of driveshaft carrier-bearing mounts that make it different and not the size or shape, Im not sure. The most different section is the rear where the trunk and rear differential go. As richee3 stated, the entire trunk is actually a couple inches shallower(4" maybe, idk, but also with out a low spot for the spare) in order to make room for the fuel tank. The fuel tank was moved to make room for the rear differential which powers the rear axles.
