biggrin.gif biggrin.gif Group buy for Narrow E Series gearbox conversion parts. The S54-06D transaxle that came on beams engines is nearly difficult to rebuild, as internal parts are hard to come by. However there is a solution for those who wish to keep their celicas for a few more decades. Upgrade to the Rav4 E352F/Scion TC E350 internal gears with 96-2000 Rav4 E250 transaxle casing. A combo of 2 different transaxles is needed for better gearing (not optimal)

The shifter cables you need are 94-97 7afe or the 94-99 3sgte, The gearbox mounts and transaxle brackets are the same between E56 equipped ST202 celica and ST205 Celica with some minor differences.
Finding all these parts were difficult and took me nearly a year and half to accumulate. The axles are the hardest to find. 3D scanning will be needed to replicate the exact design (similar to what MR2 Heaven has been doing)
