Just Did a Dyno run today smile.gif

Year: 1994
Model: ST202
Engine: 3SGE
Significant mods: Pod Filter
Octane: 95
Dyno sheets/runfiles:

Stats
106kW / 6780rpm at the wheels (144 hp)
158 Nm / 4670 rpm at the wheels

Seems like the motor is still healthy considering new they reckon 130kW at the fly -20% for drive train. pretty good. Im rapt.

A GT-T Caldina only did 118kW a the wheels.

dyno test from 10th December 2008

Chart from static test (discrete measuring, only in 5 points)

Chart from dynamic test (continuous measuring)

Can anybody explain the power curve above 7000 rpm, where is power peak ? and what does it means those oscilating curve, is this error of measuring or what ? Man who made these measuring have not seen anything like that yet.

Octane: 95
Dyno sheets/runfiles: HERE!!!
133kW / 221Nm.

There's some noise around 4000RPM which was caused by some kind of sensor failure of the dynamometer. So really torque is not quite 221Nm.

Here's my share:

sorry for the small pic. photobucket automatically resize it.

Model: AE101
Year: 1996
Engine: 3rd Gen 3S-GE

Significant mods: cold-air intake, fabricated 2-3/8" exhaust pipe (crushed-bent, black iron), FGK headers, 5-Zigen muffler, lightened crank pulley, HKS camgears and 272 deg duration 9.3 lift Jun camshafts

Dyno sheets/runfiles:

160.11 whp @ 7,175 rpm
133.26 ft-lbs torque @ 4,800 rpm

Future plans:
- lightened flywheel
- mandrell bent exhaust pipes (2-3/8" stainless)
- standalone ECU
- reconnect my MSD ignition coil and amp

I hope to get not less the 10 additional whp and torque with my future plans.
