i see your new.

ST202 and ST204 are both liftback chassis, they just have different engines.

an hks hi power for an st202 will fit onto your chassis with slight modification. because i dont know how far your downpipe goes into the underside of car or if you have an aftermarket catalytic converter.

but its a low exhaust an is 57mm and then 62mm right before the muffler. i have a fujitsubo for sale but most don't want n/a piping size because 60mm inner diameter isnt sufficient for a 300hp turbo engine to make the most power

I did the 4th gen 3sgte swap over the winter and I had a custom made exhaust from the downpipe back. You can put whatever cat and exhaust you want on it. A good exhaust/performance shop should be able to bend pipe and fab up what you need. The first step is to determine what type of downpipe you want to use. The stock one is 2.5 inches in diameter and comes with a catalytic converter, but most aftermarket ones are 3 inches in diameter. Also, you need to decide what diameter exhaust you want. I did an aftermarket 3 inch downpipe but had the exhaust shop do a 2.5 inch exhaust from the downpipe back with a Magnaflow cat and muffler. I did this mainly for sound because I felt a 3 inch exhaust would be too loud. Make sure you check with the exhaust shop because some of them require you to keep the stock cats or will only remove a cat as long as you replace it with another.

I might as well go custom since finding aftermarket exhaust for these usdm celi is already hard. 2.5" or 3" which one gives more power with 3sgte?

I went 2.5 because I didn't want it too loud. Unless you plan to build the motor and push for big power 3 inches is not needed. At that point you would be dealing with more problems than just the exhaust.

After seeing a video on the track of my car compared to others. My exhaust is very quiet. If that is what you are looking for go for 2.5 inches with a cat, muffler, and resonator. If not go bigger. Just be careful, I have had a droney exhaust before and it makes driving the car miserable. I may be changing my exhaust setup a little for some more sound. Take a look at the video. My white Celica shows up at 1:30.
