anybody have any info on how to go about supercharging the 5sfe with the 4agze supercharger?
i think i can get a hold of one and would really like to fabricate it to the 5sfe. Has anybody done this? Help please. Thanks. - spunky -------------------- The most important lesson I learned from Karate-Dō Kyōshan – “You can not be what you do not believe you are” |

Wow, I have never thought of this. It doesn't seem very possable though. The 4agze sc is a manifold sc. You'd need an external one to modify to word, I think. I guess anything is possable. I'd like to hear what everyone has to say on this.

never thought of it? hahha
the fact of the matter is, my girlfriend's little brother's shop teacher at the highschool brought in a superchager off the 4agze to help explain the chapter their on in the text book. and her little brother immediatly remembered me talking about all the different engines for the celica and mr2's and so on and so on. So, i guess we'll see what happens here. This teacher is a master mechanic, and get this, only 19. Lets just say he is one smart cookie. so if anything, he could help me make it work. -spunky -------------------- The most important lesson I learned from Karate-Dō Kyōshan – “You can not be what you do not believe you are” |

the 4agze supercharger is too small
if you use the previa supercharger it would be a better fit however both superchargers aren't much different than an eaton m45 and m62 respectively -------------------- 2005 MB C200 Kompressor- K&N, Apexi WS2 Catback, DIY Voltage stabilizer, Intrax Springs, H&R RR swaybar, VDO Boost Gauge @ 6psi, Greddy L7 plugs, +0 Rear tires

i actually was consider doing this. the supercharger for the 4agze is either a sc12 or the sc14. (I forgot which one, its been a whiel since i researched)
the sc14 can create up to 14 psi of boost from idle. It also has an electric clucth to activate when the book kicks in. i think its better and more efficent to get a mazda jackson racing supercharger and fabricate that to work for the celica because your dealing with a newer supercharger and one with more avialble parts. |
