This is where I am at now:
 The plan as of now is touch up the lines and details. Order some (super thin) thermoform sheets and vacuum form the emblems. This way I can lose some of the super-fine detail that the putty/clay picks up. As well as make it easier to "mass produce" and make more than one at a time; because so far each cast I do takes about 30 minutes minus touch up time. --------------------  6gcHeroes:808hectortimmybatmandiegotigamak |

looking good. I am trying to make this emblem myself with shapeways for my gtfour, but I may give up and just buy an aluminum sticker and coat it in jewelers resin.
