I think the power FC would be a bit easier but doesn't have as many options as the emanage ultimate.
Manny should chime in sometime with his thoughts.

Them both have been ideas, but where to find one for the 3s is where ive been having trouble.? Also to refresh myemory. A supra map sensor is a bit bigger then our factory 3s one right?

Does anyone tune Link computers in your area? Link have a drop in ECU which is fully adjustable. Though pricewise might be a bit high for what you're after.

These ECUs are getting good reports, largely new to the GT4 scene, but well worth a try as they are one of the few ECUs with active knock control. New technology too so pretty up to date.

While I don't have any personal experience with the PowerFC, I would personally stay away from it due to the fact that its a discontinued product. I also don't like how copies of the tuning software and base map are considered some rare guarded secret and don't seem to be easily available for download.

The biggest thing I like about my megasquirt is that it has a large active user base, and its very easy to ask the developers for new features in both the firmware and the tuning software. Also the community members freely share their tune maps to help each other out, which is a rare thing in the engine management scene. The only negative that I have about it is that the 3sgte community is very small and you are left to figure out fair bit of vehicle specific things (injector dead time, ego correction, etc..) on your own with a lot of your personal time invested into it.

ECU master also looks good, but I haven't heard any user feedback.

I like what I saw from the Vi-Pec PNP, in terms of how well their basemap was setup for the 3sgte.

HydraNemesis is also worth a mention for being a very good product and for being developed by RickyB, who is probably about the most knowledgeable person when it comes to the 3sgte. However the ecu extremely bizarre pricing where they try to charge you $300+ for software features that come free on other ecus even after you spend over a grand on the hardware.

Im running the PowerFC w/ Commander on my ST205. It was tuned with the datalogit which I was told very easy compared to using the hand held commander. When you purchase the datalogit you gain access to a FC-Datalogit-user group where many users share and upload maps. Majority are RX7 owners and only a handful of GT-FOUR, then again there are many MR2oC using the powerfc also. The only difference from the MR2 and ST205 PowerFc is the chargecooler option where you would only need to wire up the pump to run full time. I know few guys that run the HydraNemesis which I hear nothing but good things but also pricey brand new.

If you decide to go the PowerFC route let me know as I would like to compare maps.

Does powerFC actively come out with new firmware and tuning software updates for datalogit once you are a registered user?
