I just bought some new headlights and I was wondering, how do I remove the old lights?

You have to remove the front bumper, and then there are just a few bolts holding in each headlight.
Removal of the front bumper requires that you unbolt a couple of the plastic gaurd panels underneath the car, and then there are a few bolts at the top of the big opening in the bumper, and then another few bolts on top of the bumper underneath the hood, and then a couple more bolts that are near where the fender meets the bumper. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...

twist and pull... then diconnect the harness for the bulbs... not to put them back on i found it's a lot easier to put in the bulb first then connect the harness is lock in place on to the caseing.

Ooh, I thought you meant the whole assembly.
![]() Like Mac said, just twist and pull. Also, be sure not to touch the bulbs with your fingers, as the oils on your hands will reduce the bulb life. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...

but if you do touch them with your fingers... wipe them off with rubbing alchol to take the oils off... then let them dry ... then unstall them... but use gloves next time.. clean gloves..
