yup i had the same problems with my kit. my body shop took off the front support beam, it was stupid of me to allow it but the car looked so sexy. after a while i took off the front and put the stock support beam with stock bumper back on. The knock offs which is what i have and what you have suck for fitment. you can either work around the front and see if theres a way to extend the kit to fit around the front support beam (lots of custom work) or take it off. my recommendation is dont take it off.
When people that sell you kits tell you this its, a knock off. This post has been edited by RedSunCelica: Mar 9, 2004 - 8:51 PM |

no, you just need to shave your support beam like x_itchy_b_x shows his. Everything can be fixed with some patience

hey x_itchy_b_x what did you use to shave the ends of the support beam down? was it a belt sander or what. also after you saved it down did the kit just go right on over it?

if i were you i would take it to another shop and ask there opinion some one should be able to do it without molding it.
but molding it looks really good |

u can also just trim a little off on the driverside where the turn signal goes.. Its about a 1/4 inch square that you have to cut out and its a whole lot easier than altering the support beam... which is illegal btw
