My engine blew up a while back. Ah, I remember it like it was the other day. Doing the speed limit for once and all of a sudden I heard a clank, clank, so I slowed down then it didn't do it for like a mile so I start to speed back up to 60 then I hear a nice snap, crackle, pop and I ain't talking about no rice crispies either, oh that was followed by a nice boom, and a plume of white smoke belching from my exhaust and from beneath my hood, and a smell like burning Celica internals. Pull off the road and get screwed outta my car for like 2 weeks. Whee.
Man, our cars are like driving time bombs or something. Who knows... maybe its a Toyota conspiracy to erase our 6 gens from the world so they can recreate them as the 8th gen... |

im just keeping my fingers crossed that its nothing worse then a timing belt.....but in the back of my mind my consience wispers faintly ....3sgte!!!!......

if the timing belt breaks there is a high chance that some of your valves are messed up also.

GOOD NEWS!!! turned out it was only my distributor going up which caused it to missfire like a mo fo and shooot flames and stuff. so it getting replaced today and i should have my car back tonite!!!!....$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
