I should easily win this because I have probably had over 100 tickets in my lifetime for speeding and such.

The fastest I got caught at was over 100 mph, but not for sure because the cops radar gun only registered 99 and anything over that would make it blink on and off.He did tell me he was going 110 mph trying to keep up with me. And the best part was he only gave me a fine for not wearing my seatbelt.

I've had plenty of tickets.

But the one ticket i consider the "ONE" is the following.

year = 2002

month = June

type of ticket = SPEEDING

speed = 115 MPH

Fine = $300.00 and 16 hours of Cal Trans.

Points on license = 0

Location = Going West on the 10 freeway from Ontario to Los Angeles. Got pulled over in the city of West Covina.

Time = 4:15 AM

Story =

Well, basicly I was going home from being at the races in Ontario, and on the cop pulls me over in West Covina saying that he "clocked" me gonig 115 mph. He gave me the ticket and basicly said that he was in a good mood cause if he were'nt, he would inpound my car and take me to jail for 1 night. Apperantly, here in California, if you go over 100mph, it's considered a "felony".

So when i went to court, i played it off that my speedometer wasn't working at all and that i was just going at the flow of traffic. I had my buddy make me a receipt from his shop saying that they repaired my speedometer and to show proof that it wasn't working. I showed that to the judge, and he said that he would just charge me $300 and 16 hrs of cal trans.

Driving my parents 96 Ford Explorer.....Doing 110 in a 35......Got off with a verbal....Told the officer my dog was hit by a car and just died at the vet office and I was pissed off.
What a dumb a&#!

Otherwise I dont really get pulled over for more then 25 or so over.

Ticket #1:
Going 49 in a 35. It was a speed trap, dropped from 50 to 35 for one mile then went back to 50...he caught me going 50 through it, and I didn't see the sign that said the speed limit change. I was also on my permit which sucked, but I had a parent in my car. The thing that sucked the most was it was raining and he wouldn't shut up so I could close my window so the leather wouldn't get drenched. $675 later after paying for "Jeffrey J" my lawyer to help out and do some paperwork, I got off with nothing but a 6 month driving probation that said "If you get no Same or Similar within 6 months of this court date then the ticket will be ripped up, and until that date the ticket will be held as pending and will stay off of your record unless you get a Same or similar within that 6 months in which case the pending ticket and the new ticket will be put on my record."

Worked out well, and obviously I didn't get any tickets within that time.

Close Calls
I had a few close calls. A few times got pulled over for having underglow on when driving, but got off with a verbal. I got pulled over for a 85 in a 55, but got out with a verbal, because there was another guy that went past right as he was getting my license that was blazing buy...he told me not do it again and went after that guy. 2 miles up the road that guy was pulled over by two sherrif's...nice.

i've gotten like 4 speeding tickets over the last 5 yrs, biggest was 85 in a 55. He also gave me unsafe lane change, and no signal. It was going to be $600 but I got everything dropped and the speeding to reduced to a 60 in a 55 for like $150.

I always get a ticket, never a warning.

About 20 minutes ago I had a wicked scare. Was doing 105 in a 65.. it's a really long nice stretch of highway where there's never really cops around except at night. 4 lanes wide.. no reason not to. So I'm speeding up and I realize the guy on a bike up ahead is a cop, with radar out and everything, pointed on me.. I slam the brakes and realize that I'm only at about 80mph as he passes me. I keep braking and get to about 70mph when I'm 1/2 mile up from him and there's an exit coming up really soon. I look in my rearview mirror and he's peeling out with his lights on. I'm like "oh fcuk", take the exit and a quick right into a residential area, start getting lost. I lose him I suppose.. let's hope I don't get anything in the mail. In TX, it's the same.. over 100 and you get a day/night in jail.

I think in away your lucky because in UK theres only one fine and that £60 plus points as soon as you get court doing over 100mph you get a instant ban for 3 years, if drunk who know?
Also there starting to make cruising over here instant ban.

ive had 1, which was i got pulled over for going 50 in a 45, i didnt have my license or my proof of insurance with me, so i brought it in, showed my insurance and my license, and that was that. so that really doesnt count

lol just think, all that money you blew on driving so fast could have been used for more parts on the car. whata waste of money.

2004 - 77MPH in the 55 - speedage - $171 - 4 points

I had to take a friend home REALLY fast...

2004 - 97MPH is what he clocked me at - wreckless driving - $450 - 4 points

Gandi Bridge, after the cops had come me and my friend had been on the roads racing our cars (a Celica and a Mirage Technica) and the cops clocked us right as we flew by, so they radioed it their buddies at the other end I guess. I dunno, but I just kept going and wasn't really paying attention to my speed.

God. If I get another ticket I'm gonna get my ass kicked by my mommy and daddy. lol.

ummm 68 in a 35, i was doin like 73-75 but the guy didn't want to arrest me so i marked me down. got 6 month probation, driving school, and my ticket is still "pending" probation ends this month!!! wahoo

and close scare was racing at 115, weaving through cars like a mad mother, tailgating(i was driving in a line with friends so we stick CLOSE through manuvers), unsafe lane changes, ummmm anything else stupid that you can add to that. and we all past a cop while doin it. yea hauled my butt into my neighborhood REALLY quick. thank god he didn't chase us

year 1994 had my liscense for two days just turned 16. driving my hopped up crx with a b18b1 and a jackson racing supercharger. got up next to a mustang 5.0 revved on him him revved back when light went green we went. we were about neck and neck when we see the blue lights come on. pulls us both over says for us to get out of the car and lay face down on the ground, with arms and legs spread out. clocked at 125 in a 25 mph zone me and the mustang guy both go to jail i go to juvenile and he goes to the big house. cars get towed and we both get charged with wreckless endangerment, attempted murder. i lost my liscense till i was 18, had 400hrs community service and had to sell car to pay for lawyer. i dunno what happened to the guy in the mustang.

Too many tickets to count. I had 2 before I left KC, then 7 in the 5 years I've been in TN(all happened in a 2 year period).

In the Hyundai(in KC you can pay double and it won't go on your record):
50 / 35 - $110 - 1997
85 / 70 - $120 - 1998 (was going 100+, slowed down because I thought my friend said I was busted, then got hit less than a mile away)

In the '85 Celica:
several warnings, no tickets

In the '95 Celica:
Can't really remember specifics, but there are 7 of them, all 15-20 over, all $100-$140. Had to go to a 'trial' with the Highway Patrol where I got 'probation'(couldn't get a ticket for anything for a year or I'd lose my license for 3. I still do about 20 over on a regular basis, but haven't been pulled over in 2 years(/me knocks on wood).

Nothing to show for here. I used to get tickets in my Montero (2.5 diesel) when i was younger but that car could barely reach 100 at a downhill. Got a couple of tickets with my curren but not really mentionable. Fortunately no tickets so far in the GT4.

One case to mention though. One night after a few drinks , as i was driving to go home with my Curren, a white Celi with a wing Lol and a CF hood and a huge stainless steel exhaust passed me when i stopped at a red light . I immediately decided to race him. we are talking racing in a one lane residential area max speed 30mph at 1 am. There was no room to pass him but i was happy to catch him and make my presence in his rear view mirror without him being able to go faster. For some reason there was a cop at the end of the road just at the next traffic lights. he got pulled off for 125ish . I hit the brakes behind him and moved on. The light went red and i had to stop 20 feet in front of the policeman and i was watching him giving me the look. the light went green and i disappeared. I said to my self, if i get the ticket its o.k. but it beats the hell out of loosing your license and spending a night in jail because you had 1-2 beers more.

I like to have a story without the ticket though thank you The funny thing is that those traffic lights are next to my office and being my neighbourhood, that was the only time i ever remember of a cop being there and get people pulled over for speeding.
