I was wondering if anyone can recomend a good cleaning product for our dashes and doors and misc stuff like that, something that won't dry it out or have any ill effects to it.

Armor All ruins your dash in the long run I would just use regular windex or multi-surface cleaner. Armor All drys out your dash and makes it crack after too long.

Armor All of course!

Eww. no way. all that crap does is bring the moisture out of the material u apply it to and leave it on the top. eventually the dash wont have those oils in it and will crack and get a gross. i use eagle one trim restorer.

I use the same stuff, first I wipe it down (removing dust), wash it with some mild soapy water (dip a rag, squeeze it out, than wipe it dow) than throw on some meguiars...

You also might wanna check out (for your exterior)

armor all sucks, on my FB it ruined the dash and only was applied once. I use Megulars Its the best stuff ive seen on the market. Also remember when cleaning your car let it air out for a while.......

I use those Meguiars interior wipes, they seem to do the best job for me.

meguiars all the way! its about all I will use on my car... not that I have really had a need to clean it any time lately frown.gif

another thing that works surprisingly well is that eagle one metal wadding polish stuff.. comes in a silver tin can... that stuff works awesome for cleaning about nething! Took some paint that had heat baked in the sun for months off my dash in about a min of rubbing. It also works great on tail lights etc.. btw its also really good on metal wink.gif

Ohhh Meguiars rules!!!!! You can also use it to baste your turkey or just eat it alone! Its a multi-purpose ingrediant! Oh yeah, guess its pretty good on cars too biggrin.gif

No but really that stuff is the best! Kick ArmorAll out the window and get yourself a can of Meguiars!

I've used Armor All for quite awhile and I've never noticed any drying... dash is still perfect.
Moreover, it does pretty well to repel dust.
