Yes it definately will. I put mine on about a month ago. I have a 97 st and it fits right on on with no problem. It gave me a boost too.

It took about 2500 miles with it to start to see a difference with the HP.

Yes dude it fits, i've had it on for awhile now...even though it's made for the GT they just have to make a little mod with some piping (or so my shop told me) and then it fits perfect...nice boost in power and sound too.
