I am planning on doing some car audio install in my trunk this coming week. Going to try to get the floor of my trunk raised about 7-8 cm and inlay some plexi glass. Hopefully mounting the amp under there and installing some neons under the floor will give it a nice "bathed in neon" kinda look ... Not exactly sure what i am going to do with my woofers though.

Right now they are mounted in two separate boxes with glass rearsides, so i'll prolly mount some of the same neon in those boxes and place them so that the glass side of the woofer boxes are pointing backward ...

What I am hoping to achieve is a trunk that is still usable even with a phat install in it biggrin.gif

What kinda fabric would you guys use for instance ? I am guessing vinyl might gets scratched easily if i toss things in the trunk, so i might go for some kinda fabric

Please ... COmments, suggestion etc smile.gif

You can use carpet without the backing, thats what alot of people use for trunks and boxes... gives it a clean stock look if thats what your going for. Parts Express sells it by the yard fairly cheap.

Show us pics when your done smile.gif
