CD Burning CD Player???, It was on MTVs Pimp My Ride!!! Options

Ok so i was watchin that chick with her Caddy get pimped and i heard Xzibit say it has a new CD player that you can burn your CDs while driving??? This intrigued me and i cant find anything about it anywhere? Anyone know what the heck im talking about???

If it's for real, I think it's a very impractical idea. If you're that desperate, you should just get a laptop stand, mount it between center rest and passenger seat, and have it fold up towards you. Burn it on the laptop, and into drive. I mean, if you have a CD burner in your car, you have to have a HD in the unit, which means you have to have a way to transfer the songs to the HD.. like hooking it up to a laptop, etc, so it's really pointless. Waste the money on something else, like a really nice amp. (hint hint: like mine)

My guess is that this is one of those cd players that has a hdd built in, and you put the cd in, and can burn the cd to the hdd.


BTW, i hate that show... they make those cars look horrible, and is it just me or are those guys working on the car seem shady as HELL?

That's the new Clarion I think...It holds about 1 CD...Records while playing. Pretty slick for show but useless...Like spinny rims. Just get an MP3 Cd Changer...It's slick and useful...like some HREs
