My regulator had the wheels/guide break and fall off. These are plastic wheels that ride in the tract. Dealer does not sell the wheels/guide, and that means I have to buy the whole regulator. I don't want to do that when I only need the wheels/guide. Any ideals?
Anybody have this problem with their car? Car is the convertible model if that means anything.

Problem Solved. Learned 1 big lesson. Dealer part guys do not know alot. They barely know how to use the computer. 1 guy told me I needed the regulator. Another guy
told me I needed the tracks. I just needed the wheels that fit in the track.I only the plate with the wheels. thank god a real mechanic happened to walk by and solved the problem. I would have ordered the wrong part(more time wasted)! and then returned it. Another i learned is some parts guys lie if they cant find the part. They tell you its discontinued. Very next day, different guy I got the part I needed ordered.
Im going to attempt the labor myself. Dont look too hard.
