I finally got tired of that obnoxious Injen Intake so I went ahead and removed it yesterday. With Exhaust and the stock box it sounds a whole lot deeper and smoother. That Injen even with the "Heat shield" drwas in far toooo much hot air for my taste- I think the short ram it actually Hurts performance considering the stock box has a inlet were it draws cooler air in plus its totally shielded from the engine heat. The stock box feels alot better performance oriented than Injen, Injen is just LOUD. Just though i would share.

yeap...i also got alot of clutch chatter when trying to take off from a stop with my short ram intake on. I didnt like it at all.

Ive got an injen, and I might do the same thing this summer. Get rid of it and put my airbox back in. Maybe my gas mileage will increase after that

Maybe the stock air box with an Amsoil foam air cleaner element in it? Will flow more air than a stock paper filter.

ive got a TRD filter in my box- you can feel a difference for sure, i think...

best would be to have a kn cone filter with a colld air box built around it and cold air feed to the front of the car
