Alright i have a good question lol unless this has been asked before anywayz whats your Opinion Does the Sound of an AT (automatic ) Exhaust (Cat-back) sound different then a MT (manual) Like what i mean is does the Tranny Type Play a Roll on the Sound your Performance Exhaust Makes?

BTW: not opinion. Your transmission has aboslutely nothing to do with your exhaust.

I think it plays an indirect role in the sound, listen to someone with a manual backing up or taking off, theres alot more playing with the throttle, so it sounds cooler to me anyways.

The only difference is that someone with a manual may rev it while backing up and taking off they can let it get higher in RPMs than someone in an auto.

You can drive both cars the exact same way they wont sound any different.

Personaly i find it a bit disgusting when i hear an automatic with a loud exhaust during gear changes rolleyes.gif
