It says that it resembles the Matrix but I think that it also looks like the Civic Si/Type R. I bet those 2 will be against each other in road & track and zines like that. Correct me if I am wrong but the Civic has 220hp right? And they say that the Caldina has 254hp. |

The Civic Type R currently does have 220 HP, with the same engine as the 02+ Integra.
That car will most likely never make it to the US. I've read a few places tho, that toyota is considering bringing back the 3sgte and AWD to the US on some new platform for 2005 or 2006. We'll just have to wait and see. You can bet, tho, that it will be killer $$ if we do happen to get it. -------------------- 1994 Lexus ES300

I don't really enjoy the sport utility wagon styling, but the performance is right on cue

Actually, I thought the Type-R's were a flat 200, cause we only got 160 out of the new 2.0L. But, of course like a lot of the time, I am probably wrong.

I read about that in Road & Track...I think Toyota is gonna bring it to the U.S. under a sub-name...but show it in their showrooms.
