I just put in 2 After market guages in my car, a volt one, and air/fuel, one on the window pillar. they look great, and my volt one works good, funny to watch it bounce all over the place, when the bass is up. anyway, my air/fuel guage is wired up right, or so i think, but when i pluged it up, and turned it on, it went all the way to rich, as far as it can go, and stayed there, no movement, now, a day later, its all the way to lean. and dose not budge, I have no idea what is going on, is it installed rong, or should i stay away from getting my imitions checked.

Please someone help me out.

When the car is at a idle or low rpm cruising the ecu should be in closed loop mode. You should see the AF bounce back and forth from full rich to full lean. When you are at WOT it will probably fall to one or the other (exactly why the stock o2 sensor wont work for tuning).

It sounds to me like you've probably got the wrong wire if it never moves.
