I am tryna install power windows into my celi, I cant get the door panel off on the inside im stuck at the manual window crank I cant seem to get it off... anyone know the trick?

Does it have a circlip at the back of the handle?

There's a little pop-in clip that clips around the window crank...You can see the ends of it if you push the door panel back a bit and then turn the window crank. Once you can see the ends of it, pop them off with a flathead screwdriver, and then the crank comes off. smile.gif

Thought it was that...6g Celica speciality!
The seat adjusting knobs use the same clip mechanism.

Yep...I was thinking about that too when I was writing my first post. I had to buy the new knob and had trouble with that clip. wink.gif

Yer, I seem to remember when I was doing my interior that those seat knob clips were an absolute bug*er to get to and remove.
