Wasup. Does anybody know anything about the Apex Stroker Kit for the 3sgte. Im getting the motor this summer and i want to rebuild it. Is there anyway i can get this in the States?

Not in English but thats it. you have to go to engine parts and you'll see 3sgte engine parts on the left side.

this isnt the apexi kit but its a stroker 2.2 for the 3sgte Stroker Kit

It'd be cheaper for you to grab Forged pistons and new connecting rods for the 5sfe and then grab the crank for a 5sfe from the junk yard or something.

One problem that could come about with a strocker kit and high boost levels is that by boring out the cylinders to fit the larger pistons in, you decrease the sides of the cylinder walls which weakens them. This kit would increase torque, especially in the lower rpm range, but might present problems later, I emphasize might though because you could be fine. Also, since its coming from Japan chances are very good that it'll be pretty expensive. You'd probably be better off just getting some JE or Arias pistons with some custom rods.

The extra bore is 1mm. That isn't gonna make weaken the motor. The bigger displacement is gonna come from have a longer stroke.

Yea the price that i saw for the kit was 800000 yen which converts to like $6000. i dont think it could be that much though.

with a stroker kit i think you get more torque than hp gains. i know that the top secect supra has a stroker 3sgte and its making 700+ hp
