whatr are some good aftermarket shocks that are somewhat cheap..im talking about maybe between 100 and 200 bucks cause im really tight on money and I want to drop my car so badly frown.gif

KYB GR-2's are the most modestly priced. there are two sets on ebay right now, buy it now for $250.

kyb-gr2's are the best route for the price if your budget is low.

You can lower your vehicle on the stock struts if desired (and you don't care about ride quality). It isn't optimal, but it will work until you can afford a full set of struts. I like Konis, but do what the others have said and go with KYB since you're on a budget.

If you're paying to have suspension parts installed, then disregard my babbling and wait until you get everything you need, heh.

The KYB's are cheap but then you have to buy the strut boots and rear mounts, which cost over $100.

well...you dont really HAVE to buy them...just inspect your old parts...if theyre worn, then replace them...i mean, its expected that the parts are gonna wear out, some of our cars are coming up on 10yrs old.. wink.gif
