why are you giving him till the 9th? Call the police and make a report. Its a federal offence what he's doing and can actually serve time for it. If i were you I would have called the cops after 2 weeks.

well, I have e-mailed him, had people IM him, I have PMed him, and I have posted about him. I figure giving him till the 9th willmake sure he has fair worning before I take legal action. I wouldn't care if it was $10 or $1000, stealing is stealing.

There's no way he left the states. I was just talking to someone online under his username who claimed he was a friend and there was no mention of that. How ca we be sure?

Fraud is fraud. he can go wherever he wants and he would still be arrested (short of cuba and such,lol)

Anyway, I really doubt he has left the states. I have several phone numbers that might be his I found on the web by looking up his address and last name.

I don't suppose you have his phone number do you?

He owe's me a celica front bumper and a VIS lip. I payed him $140 shipped. I have recieved nothing though. I also have got the name and address of a contact of his, whom I will be calling soon.

Hey NewType. if you do talk to him, tell him if he sends me my $140 back, I'll forget about everything. But if you could,look up his phone number for me and I'll compare them to the one I have already.
