1) I don't believe so.
2) Its your alignment. [edit] or uneven tire wear, something in that general issue. This post has been edited by Jason: May 30, 2004 - 4:24 PM |

1. dont think so
2. Its not alignment it means u need a balance. alignment= u let go of steering wheel it goes in a certain direction other than straight. balance= shaking of steering wheel. -------------------- All I have in this world is my Balls and my Word and I'm not breaking em for no one,- Tony Montana Team 6gc 2005 |

Probably the reason that people say that you can't drive with ceramic pad on in the winter is that they do heat up once you have been on them good, and that if you drive in the snow/winter weather you have a chance of cracking them if they are really hot and get cooled off really fast by driving it in the snow or what ever and the go from hot to cold really quick. I know that rally cars have had there pads and disks explode when they go through some water and the brakes cool to quickly. As for the second question. It is probably becuase you need an alignment. If it was uneven wear you might be able to hear it at slow speeds. I know that I did when my tires had bad spots on them.

They arent pure ceramic..they wont crack in the winter. They have ceramic composites in them and they will be fine all the time.
If you have aftermarket wheels then you need hubcentric rings for them to stop the shaking. -------------------- |
