okay guys

tranny with 200'000 miles on it. HOW DO I FIX/BUILD this to handle the 3sgte power that im looking into to buy?

as long as your synchros are ok then you should be fine by just upgrading the clutch.

the other option would be to buy an mr2 tranny.

I would just have it rebuilt with new bearings and synchros. If you're really serious and have the money have everything shotpeened and/or cryo treated. You really shouldn't have any trouble with it holding up to the 3s as long as your don't abuse it. Like Lagos said, make sure you put a good clutch in it. Its a bitch having to pull everything apart again because you skimped on the clutch.
