its a toyota part available in europe. you should be able to order it from any toyota dealership with the international parts database. there was a part number posted but its unverified so double check it # PZ402-14440-AB

try fensport. use the search in this specific board area for 'front lip' i've already asked about it. they call it a front spoiler, basically.
