is it possible to take the oem headlights and just sand down the insides until it's clear? i realize there'd be more to it than that, but if you got it right, wouldn't they be similar to JDM's?

or you can just take it to a glass shop and have them make clear lenes for you.. it' should cost that much either..

ive tried um its not good looking at alllll. so dont waist ur time it took me about 3 hours of sandin and i didnt even get it sumwhat clear. jsut thousands and thousands of small scratches everywhere. -------------------- |

givin me lip boi. no i read a thread at c.net a while ago about camrys doing this. BUT iafter i sanded for hours i relized the how to was plastic housing im pretty sure at least. ill find the post. the post. yeah plastic. darn. After you sand all the ridges and stuff down just clear coat the inside of the lense, it should look pretty smooth if you use fine paper. I fixed up the lenses on my mx3 like that and they looked like new. But you need some high gloss clear coat that is thermo-resistant.
