i think we should rule out lip kits and make a full bumpers instead. That way it's easier for 94-95 and facelift bumpers to fit. What does a bomex kit look like on a 6gc? Photoshop?

For rear bumpers, I like the Carcept rear a lot. The rest of the kit.. fugly.. but the rear = cooooooool. Maybe something like that, minus the left-side exhaust opening.

ok guys i got another email for usafiberglass well here it goes..
"Hey, the design is nice. it's reall sweet. now to make this serious we would like to speak quantity. how many are intrested and how much are you all to put down to make this happen. first of how many kits will be needed to get your demand. this is what we work, we make kits for wholesale either you pay for the molds or just buy a quantaty of kits which you can sell your self and we stay with the molds and we sell the kits our self too. i think to make it easier on everyone it would be great to find out who is serious onpurchasing a kit and how much are they willing to put down as a deposit. so in a way the kits are being purchase the material cost is being cover. since you are the one that brought this up. i would like to be able to meet with you but i know we probably don't live near by. so let me know what you settle out there. i know it's a lil risky but this is what we do. we make new kits for peopl that are willing to pay for the material. oh and it is more costly to make in urethane but i think worth it. go to www.usafiberglass.com and take a look at some of the kit we have made and other personal products for companys. such as the lj garcia scion, mitsubishi eclipse wide body, scion xb kit, toyota celica 90-93, a personal kit for a private client for his 88 celica, a full carbonfiber body for a de soto. golf carts, race car front crabon fiber clips for hansen racing. ford racing etc. we don't mess around. shop 10946 kadota ave. pomona, ca 91766" so lets come up with style and someone to go over there and test fix the kit.. and what it will be made out of, fiberglass and urethane -------------------- |

alright we need to settle on a design and decide how many people are in, if anyone has any other designs we should post em asap, because i want to get a kit on by this summer some time, so hopefully this deal works out...
Hey mac, do you know how many people we need so we dont have to pay for the mold, or how much the mold will be if we dont get enuff ppl. and will it be cheaper if we just get a mold for the front, thats all i really want, i like the vis sides and the 404 back. |

good ps but i dont like it, too much goin on. im into more subtle stuff, not sharp, stand out aggressive things. However I do like the GT4 vent, or maybe a 7th gen vent? and other slotted vents

For the sides something like this rounded a the or They might be the same i dotn know. for the back And a full back bumper would be nice...Something simple like a 404 back but full kit. little bit more design to it.. i dotn know really any good back ends to bring up. |

Ok guys,
this is for real, so lets make it real. Everybody who wants a kit should start saving so we can give these guys a deposit. The photoshop looks great, and I think we should get the kit made out of fiberglass instead of urethane due to its much easier to modify. For example I have invader sideskirts made for a hatchback, there about 3/4" too short. Being fiberglass its easier to make them fit. i KNOW SOME OF YOU ARE GOING TO SCREAM URETHANE IS MORE DURABLE, it is, but just try not to hit something. We need 2 persons 1 with a coupe and 1 with a hatchback to show up to this shop to represent all of us. Someone wrote orget the coupes and lets concentrate on the hatchbacks....thats not fair. If they got to make 2 rear ends...so be it. i really like the vis rear lip made of the rx8. We can get a duplicate made for us. Some of the photoshops have been great. I also like the stock 3000gt sides. Maybe we can make a copy for our cars. lets get our money together. My invader kit is going on ebay. lets post Manuel's(owner of Usafiberglass) email so we can all write him and let him know we are for real |

maybe theres a way u can chose if u want it urethane or fiberglass so everyone would be happy, im assuming they'd use the same mold either way, im not an expert though
