Yeah!! =)
I asked my friend who knew more about cars than I did. He couldn't help..................
So I went to my pops and he wasn't able to help either................. but he knew a guy who owned a gas and a shop near my house, so we asked him, and he told us to turn the key and leave the key in the ignition. Then he told us to pull the the wires off the battery and it worked =). Me and my friend tried everything. We looked for the brain, the disable button, the fuse, but couldn't find nothing. The sirens were so loud we plugged the horns with a t-shirt (that really helped alot).

Same thing happened to me while I was instaling fog lights. I first pulled the ground from the horn then my friend and I took out the panels beneath the steering column and unplugged the system.
